It is with much thanks to the committee at Sheffield University Sabres (specifically Rob Oxley and Will Hunting) that that a venue and date for the BSAFA Pre-Season meeting has been finalised. It will be held at Sheffield University Union on the 23rd September, starting at 10:30 sharp. Directions to the venue are available here.

Parking is limited and by temporary permit only, so it will make things far easier for everyone involved if attendees could use park and ride facilities - the Trams on both the Blue and Yellow lines stop right outside the university. For people in desperate need of a temporary permit, please drop Rob Oxley a line either by email (pao03rmo@shef.ac.uk) or on the forum. He has also volunteered to ty and help out with overnight stays on the Friday for anyone travelling long distances.

Lunch will be available from the Union Bar where we will have a section of the counter cordoned off for meeting attendees.

The venue and date mean that once the meeting is finished attendees can go directly over to Don-Valley Stadium to catch the BAFL Division 1A final between the Coventry Cassidy Jets and the Bristol Aztecs.

Due to illnesses within the NMC the agenda for the meeting has been delayed. This, along with the 2006-07 season schedule will be available as soon as is possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
