For those that pay attention to the forum, you may be aware that certain problems have occurred with regard to the registration program being made available to teams. Note that work is carrying on to recover the work lost on the program, and an improved version should be available very soon.

In the meantime, committees should be concentrating on collecting registration details from players and coaches in order to make the process as smooth as possible once the system is back and working again. As an aid to this process, please find below the required information for this year's player registration.

Please note the following:

Items marked with a * are MANDATORY. Attempts to register any players with any of these details missing will result in all your registrations being rejected, so ensure that these details are collected properly to avoid extra work on your part.

Items marked with a ^ are fields used to help us gather information about the association - PLEASE try to find out this information for us, as it will be used to help steer development efforts by the league in the future.

IMPORTANT - if any of your players wish to qualify for a £10 reduction in their membership due to already being a member of BAFA (either through a BAFL team, or through BAFCA/BAFRA etc) then you MUST supply their BAFA number to us the FIRST time you register the player. If the player does not know their BAFA number, they need to get in touch with the BAFA Central Registration Officer on chairman@bafl.org.uk. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
