Please note that currently the BSAFA site is the only way I have of contacting most teams. I still have not received confirmation of team email addresses from all but 3 teams. Please contact me on ops@bcafl.org with these details ASAP.

The following information will hopefully answer many questions that have been asked over the last week or so:

Registration

We are now ready to receive registration information from teams. We will be using the same method of registration as last year, whereby the registration program is used to create registration files that are then sent on to BSAFA. Due to the loss of the source code for the program, we have been unable to add the two new teams to the program, and we will be contacting Portsmouth and Lincoln directly with a registration method for them.

The registration program is available for download here. PLEASE NOTE that you must provide an email address for every player you register this season.

EDIT: The BCAFLReg Program originally attached was a faulty one that fails when altering player records. Please download the one above (BCAFLRegv2.zip) and copy the .exe file over the one already downloaded. If you have not already downloaded the program, the new version works fine.

All registrations must be submitted to registration@bsafa.com no later than 9pm on the Monday before a game.


Schedule

The schedule is unchanged from the provisional one provided at the PSM. Unfortunately we have been unable to make adjustments to it as requested by a few teams without negatively affecting other teams. The schedule is downloadable from here. The league structure document is also available here.

Referee Allocations

With great thanks to Pete Thom for turning around the week 1 allocations in a matter of hours, the referee allocations for week 1 are downloadable here. Further allocations will be available as soon as possible.
