BSAFA Statement on BAFA relations 2007-7-12

As a result of the recent BAFA press release and their continued refusal to communicate, BSAFA have engaged legal council.

Acting on that advice, the NMC are no longer be able to publicly discuss matters pertaining to the relationship with BAFA. Additionally all threads with related subject matter are being moved offline.

The NMC are continuing to operate in preparation for the coming season in the belief that matters will be resolved. Any discussion or speculation about this matter, posted on this site will have be removed.

Whilst it is regrettable that this action has to be taken, we hope you understand that we have been left with no viable alternatives at this time.

We would also strongly recommend that teams maintain an open mind and take no immediate action prior to the PSM, when you will be briefed on the situation in full so you may make a truly informed decision for your team.

To allow for a full review of the forum's content and a complete refresh of our main association website and communications, our BSAFA website will be temporarily put into maintainence mode and be unaccessible for approximately 5 days. Please be patient during this time and understand that any electronic communications with the association are likely to be disrupted and unreliable. In the interim it is essential that you make all efforts to clear any outstanding debt to the Association. Soon after the website is brought back online, teams still owing will be named publically.

In the meantime, please route any queries via the GB Bulldogs website and emails to: management@gbbulldogs.org
